6th annual "Recipe for Success"

Recipe for Success is an evening that features tastings from over 20 of the Jersey Shore’s best restaurants, samples of wine, craft beer and spirits, an oyster bar, the opportunity to taste rare wines by the glass and live, silent and chance auctions.

Big Joe Henry of New Jersey 101.5 will once again join us as emcee for the evening.

1st Course: Duck Confit, Wild Mushroom & Goat Cheese Strudel, Truffle Buerre Blanc
2nd Course: Lobster Bisque, Butter Poached Lobster Claw, Champagne Cream
3rd Course: Joe's Country Salad, Baby Spinach, Frisee, Bacon, Gorgonzola, Spiced Pecans, Granny Smith Apple, Warm Balsamic Vinaigrette
