A Five Course Tasting Menu:
1st Course: Duck Confit, Wild Mushroom & Goat Cheese Strudel, Truffle Buerre Blanc
2nd Course: Lobster Bisque, Butter Poached Lobster Claw, Champagne Cream
3rd Course: Joe's Country Salad, Baby Spinach, Frisee, Bacon, Gorgonzola, Spiced Pecans, Granny Smith Apple, Warm Balsamic Vinaigrette
4th Course: Steak Frites, Hanger Steak, Sweet Onion Creamed Spinach, French Fries, Marchand De Vin Butter
5th Course: Dessert: Delice Au Chocolat, Devil's Food Cake, Chocolate Mousse, Chocolate Ganache

$100 per person. Proceeds to JoCEF
